The vehicle is initially assessed by a qualified estimator who will produce a computer derived assessment in
the format preferred by the UK’s major insurers. We then take digital images of the vehicle damage which are stored for later electronic transmission to insurers. Authorisation is then obtained for repairs to commence and original equipment parts are ordered. An estimated completion date of the repair is then calculated based on number of labour hours.

The vehicle then passes through the accident repair process (see below).

The Accident Repair Process
Strip: Components are removed and safely stored to facilitate repair
Panel: New panels are fitted and repairs are carried out by skilled craftsmen
Prep: Repaired areas are prepared for refinishing
Refinish: Vehicles are masked and refinished with computer mixed refinish material
Refit: New and displaced parts are refitted to complete the repair
Valet: Vehicles receive a full wash and vacuum prior to final quality control
